Jenna has grown up with respect for veterans, as both of her grandfathers are Vietnam vets. She has a background in psychology and sociology and is currently earning her Masters in Social Work.

Marcela views each call she receives as an opportunity to connect with veterans, learn their stories, and assist them in getting benefits they so rightfully deserve. She is fully dedicated to guiding veterans through every step of the process. Marcela is also bilingual in Spanish and happy to assist in whichever language you feel most comfortable speaking.
