Client Support Specialist

Jenna has grown up with respect for veterans, as both of her grandfathers are Vietnam vets. She has a background in psychology and sociology and is currently earning her Masters in Social Work.

Marcela S.

Benefits Support Specialist

Marcela views each call as an opportunity to connect with veterans, learn their story and assist them in getting the benefits they so rightfully deserve. Marcela is bilingual in Spanish.

Intake Specialist

Erin sees helping veterans as incredibly rewarding and provides her with a sense of purpose. Erin finds it incredibly satisfying knowing that she is making a difference in veterans’ lives and as a small way she can give back to those who have served our country.
