I would like to personally thank you and the personnel staff at Carmel4Vets for the professional and caring support I received during the efforts it took to achieve my successful VA disability rating. From the moment I spoke with you on the very first phone call and each and every subsequent call thereafter and all the way through the entire process you were caring, but about that, you were “World Class” and professional, so thank you for that. Often times Veterans will hear the phrase “Thank you for your service” and when that happens it resonates well with us Veterans. However not only did you say “Thank you for your service” during our initial encounter, you went above and beyond not only saying thank you, but you and your Team showed your appreciation. I recently worked with Ms. Gouveia of Carmel4 Vets and was pleased with their service and the ultimate outcome of an increased disability rating. She was very forthright in the assessment of my claim, and I was appreciative of the candor.

Ultimately in the pursuit of an increased disability rating it is essential to understand that it’s not about the disability contended, but rather can the claimed disability be proved and substantiated. The bottom line is the pursuit of disability claims – by its very nature – is an adversarial administrative process fraught with pitfalls and roadblocks. I strongly recommend – as appropriate to individual circumstances – the consideration of using Carmel4 Vets in seeking disability rating increases.
