For all the years (over 15yrs) I had to deal with the VA on my own about my disability issues and getting an increase, but God saw fit to place you in my life to help me with all of this. From the moment I spoke with you on the very first phone call and each and every subsequent call thereafter and all the way through the entire process you were caring, but about that, you were "World Class"and professional, so thank you for that. Often times Veterans will hear the phrase "Thank you for your service" and when that happens it resinates well with us Veterans. However not only did you say "Thank you for your service" during our initial encounter, you went above and beyond not only saying thank you, but you and your Team showed your appreciation. Because of that I greatly thank you for your support, your guidance, and most importantly, I appreciate you and Carmel4Vets beyond more that this email. You will forever be mentioned to other Veterans by word of my mouth, email and phone call.
